The department of zoology was founded in the year 2023.The department has a group of highly active and vibrant faculty members committed to deliver high quality research standard in various field of zoology and also train students  to become competent and and motivated zoologist.The department has state of the art of animal diversity,cell biology,comparative anatomy of vertebrates,human physiology etc.The department currently offers higher secondary,four year undergraduate programme.Such programme has been assisted by safisticated higher secondary and B.Sc level  laboratories.

PROGRAMME OUTCOME:

  1. To introduce the concept of various form of chordates and non-chardates.To explain their classification and to analyge their structural anatomy.
  2. To introduce the concept of cell as functional unit of life.To study the structure of cell and to understand the function of cellular components.
  3. To introduce and explain the anatomy of different systems in vertebrates. To analyge the structural modifications in anatomy of different groups.
